Package rates quoted are in US Dollars per person based on double occupancy. (unless specified otherwise).
Hotel Rates quoted are in US Dollars per room per night based on double occupancy. (unless specified otherwise).
Activities rates are in US Dollars per person (unless specified otherwise).

Not Included In Rates government and hotel taxes, gratuities, meals, activities, airport transfers, travel insurance,
etc. ( unless specified otherwise ).Bahama Bookings is not responsible or liable for any conditions ( including facilities, exterior/ interior of accommodations reserved). Any dispute should be directed toward local operator management.

Bahama Bookings will use its best endeavours to book all tours as advertised, by entering into this contract the Client accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions.Bahama Bookings reserves the right at anytime to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices (including accommodations, tours, transfers or other arrangements) and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value.

Receipt of Payment from the client is an acknowledgement that the customer has read, understood and accepted the terms, cancellations and refund policies as stated in Bahama Bookings policy.

Bahama Bookings, acts exclusively as an online advertiser of privately-owned or managed vacation operators in the Nassau Bahamas for travelers. Our function is to arrange reservations services for our clients with local operators and/or any other independent firm provides.
BahamaBookings.com will be listed on your billing statement.

Billing Procedures
Bahama Bookings, will charge a deposit of 100 %, 60%, 50% of the total amount of the individual activity or, in certain cases, the full amount of the activity --which is to be determined by the tour operators. The amount of deposit paid can change at any time. Customers that pay a deposit for their activity bookings can request to pay the full amount ahead of time. However, this request must come from the primary reservation holder. Customers will be billed when the reservation confirmation are sent.

The remainder of the amount can also be paid at the time of check in to your activity. The difference can be paid in Cash, Charge (Visa, Master Card) or Travelers Checks. Some activities will require the remainder be paid in Cash Only
